New Patient Experience

New patients unfortunately need to fill out paperwork – health information, billing information, forms required by the government (HIPAA) and by insurance (consent for treatment).  We try to keep this to the minimum.  New patients are required to have a consultation prior to treatment.  This allows the doctor to be sure you need a root canal and in which tooth (Many times patients ask to skip the consultation appointment because they and their dentist are sure of the need and tooth number, however after approximately 14,000 completed cases Dr. Patmore has found that it is really necessary for her to make sure what the patients needs truly are.)
